Updating the WSL 2 Linux kernel

Tried to set to Windows 10 WSL to WSL 2 using this command "wsl.exe --set-default-version 2"

However, got this error "WSL 2 requires an update to its kernel component. For information please visit https://aka.ms/wsl2kernel"

To Upgrade the kernal, go to here "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/wsl2-kernel" and install the update.

Slow WIFI download on Dell XPS 13

If you encounter a issue where the download is slow but upload is normal.
It could be related to the "Smartbyte" application that is installed in the Dell XPS 13.

After turning is off, the download speed is back to normal.

Alternatively, just look for "Smartbyte" in Add/Remove, and uninstall it.
This program is not useful as it deem it is.
